Shipping

USA ORDERS:
Shopify automatically calculates and includes current import tarrifs and duties to USA orders.

All orders shipped to the United States attract applicable import duties and a 12.5% tariff. All applicable import charges must be paid in advance and will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Using existing systems, we do not offer Australia Post services where duties or taxes are payable on delivery.

Cost calculations:

With issues in volume / weight calculations previously, we have reverted to a flat-rate shipping method that can overcharge for small items and undercharge for larger orders. Please contact us if you are concerned or have any issues processing an order internationally and we can provide a more accurate quote if required. (lowvisgear@gmail.com).

Tracking:

• All orders include tracking information that is updated & managed on the AusPost website
• Delivery time varies by country (estimated 5 – 20 business days)
• Express postage may be available to some regions and may be selected during checkout if applicable.

Customs, duties & import taxes:
Any additional border fees are the customer’s responsibility. Being an extremely fluid and complex area in the current climate, we are unable to control these charges or changes. Please consult your local government for higher value import orders.

Freight Automation Issues:
If the automated freight program is not working correctly, please email us a screenshot of your shopping cart and shipping address, we will manually create an invoice for you.

Conflict zones: Australia Post has had issues shipping to certain countries close to Ukraine in recent times due to the ongoing conflict.
