We ship proudly ship worldwide with Australia Post. You pay what we pay, nothing more.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on final destination, package weight, and size. Charges are calculated in real-time at checkout utilizing the Australia Post commercial portal.
You will only pay exactly what it actually costs us to ship.
- All orders include tracking information that is updated & managed on the AusPost website
- Delivery time varies by country (estimated 5 – 20 business days)
- Express postage is generally available to most regions and can be selected during checkout.
Customs, duties & import taxes:
Any additional border fees are the customer’s responsibility. Being a hugely fluid and complex area - we are unable to control these charges or changes as they occur rapidly and often.
Freight Automation Issues:
If the automated freight program is not working correctly, please email us a screenshot of your shopping cart and shipping address, we will manually create an invoice for you.
Conflict zones: Australia Post has had issues shipping to certain countries close to Ukraine in recent times due to the ongoing conflict.
Domestic & International Shipping Times:
- Orders are generally dispatched within 1 – 3 business days after placement
- You should receive automated tracking information from our Shopify email system once your order is packed
- There may be delays with Australia Post updating your parcel tracking once delivered to the post office.
