Fixed length straps set the table at approximately 90 degrees for a compact, hassle free open / closed compact 'table' space.
NOTE:
Being a MOLLE pouch, like all the others, the Match Panel can be attached to ANY compatible rig, pack, platform etc as required and is not purely designed for tripod use.
