The tourniquet cover is designed to be worn on the man. The pouch is easily released by a Velcro tab at the top when pulled allows the cover to drop open and expose the tourniquet. This pouch can hold either the SOFT-T or CAT tourniquets.
Requires ONE MOLLE column for attachment.
